Summer has officially begun at Keys School Manila, and it has been an amazing start! During the first week of our summer programs, students experienced discovery, creativity, and plenty of energy as they embarked on new adventures and explored their interests.
Preschool Summer Programs
Our preschool programs have been absolutely delightful! The Art Explorers have been creating wonderful works using different art materials that are kid-safe. Meanwhile, our Fantastic 4s and Terrific 3s have been busy with sensory play activities and building foundational skills through play-based learning. The Kitchen Crew (with Teacher Iz Hubalde) has been the star of the show, with little hands learning to measure, mix, and create simple snacks!
Transition Classes
Our Kinder and Grade 1 Transition Classes have been working hard to build confidence for the upcoming school year. Through interactive lessons presented by our very own Kinder and Grade 1 teachers, our youngsters are led to developing strong literacy and numeracy skills while having fun.

Onsite Offerings
The variety of onsite offerings has given every child a chance to discover new passions. Wonder Voice sessions (with Teacher Snow Toledo) have filled the music room with beautiful melodies, while Kid Pinoy! (with Bb. Ericca Orga and Bb. Mariel Pabilin) has been celebrating Filipino culture through traditional games, stories, and even preparing Filipino food such as lumpia and halo-halo!
The Little Kitchen (with Teachers April Sison and Thea Manceras) has been teaching culinary basics, and in Story Writing Basics (with Teacher Celine Cuerpo), our students have already drafted their first creative tales.
Our Draw & Paint classes have produced stunning artwork, while Taekwondo sessions have been building discipline and physical coordination. The Thrive Hive program (with Teacher Binky Soledad and Bb. Mary Atanante) has been focusing on social-emotional learning and life skills such as household chores, and Smart Moves (with Coach Tel Lao) has kept our young athletes active and engaged.
Offsite Offerings
Our offsite programs have taken learning beyond the classroom walls. Gymnastics Fundamentals and Kindergym have been perfect for developing gross motor skills and confidence. The Basketball (Coach Gerry Crudo) and Badminton programs (with Coach Tin Cornista) have been teaching teamwork and sportsmanship, while our Swimming classes have been making splashes and building water confidence at nearby facilities.
Our Summer programs in Keys are indeed true to the progressive values of collaboration and community building. Students from different age groups and grade levels have been connecting through shared activities and projects. The excitement and purposeful work that we have witnessed these past weeks in our Summer programs showcase that Keys is really about nurturing young minds through hands-on learning and meaningful connections within the school community.
